How our business works

We offer clothing made from materials that are divided into five basic categories. Each material is different and requires different specifications for production. Most are produced only according to the customer's exact measurements, which is why customer registration is required. Among other advantages, this allows you to enter your body proportions, without which you cannot order Latex clothing. They are also now automatically loaded from your profile into the Lycra, Spandex and PVC categories. Only the Nylon category does not require registration.
Now choose from a wide range of parametric adjustments that are available for individual models. and if you have any additional questions, do not hesitate to ask. Choose how you want to pay for the goods and how you want to deliver them. We offer 3 types of delivery and 4 payment methods. For customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we offer payment by cash on delivery - we do not require payment in advance. By arrangement, it is possible to collect the goods in person in Batňovice. We keep the price of packaging and postage at the lowest possible level.

Goods that are in stock (mostly from the Nylon category) and if you order them on weekdays before 1:00 PM, we will ship them the same day. If your order is received later, we will ship the next business day. Delivery is usually the next business day (Zásilkovna), or within 2-3 days (Czech and Slovak Post). Shipping and payment to other countries are individual, according to the offer in the order section.

The goods are always packaged discreetly in opaque packaging (mostly in cardboard boxes without a logo or with the Czech Post logo). The package is carefully secured,to prevent accidental unpacking in front of an unauthorized person. The package is not marked in any way, the sender is always neutral. Never expect a package directly from Zentai.cz.

We will handle any complaints as soon as possible. If this is necessary in a specific case, please note that this is custom sewing and the time required for any new production is 4-8 weeks according to our conditions.
